About the Trust & Website

Sevansh Foundation is a charitable trust working in areas such as afforestation, farmer welfare, skill development, health and community upliftment. This website is provided to share information about our work, accept voluntary contributions, manage memberships and volunteers, and offer products and documents.

Membership & Volunteer Registration

• Registration does not automatically guarantee membership or a volunteer position. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Trust.
• ID cards, certificates and appointment letters issued by the Trust remain the property of the Trust and may be cancelled if misused.
• Members and volunteers must act with honesty and must not misuse the Trust's name, logo or identity for personal gain or collection of funds without written permission.

User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these terms.

Products & Orders

• Product images, descriptions and prices are shown for information and may change without prior notice.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment or acceptance by the Trust.
• We may cancel an order in case of stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and refund the amount paid.
• Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Paid Documents

Certain documents may be available for download after payment. A download link is issued for the paying user and is for personal or lawful organisational use only. You must not resell, redistribute or publish paid documents.
