We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you to cancel the order and refund the amount.

Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed and handed to the courier within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Within Uttar Pradesh: usually 2–5 working days.
• Other states: usually 5–8 working days.
• Remote or hilly areas may take longer.

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, strikes or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Any applicable taxes are included in the final amount.

Once your order is shipped, we will share the courier name and tracking details by SMS or email. You can also contact us with your order number for an update.

Delivery Address

Please enter a complete and correct address and mobile number. We are not responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by wrong or incomplete details. Re-shipping due to an incorrect address may involve extra charges.

Damaged or Missing Package

Please check the package at delivery. If it appears opened or damaged, inform us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can help with a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Paid documents are delivered digitally. After successful payment, a secure download link is made available instantly. No physical shipping is involved.
