Donations

• Donations are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable, as they are used for our charitable work.
• If you made a donation by mistake (wrong amount or duplicate payment), write to us within 7 days with your payment reference. After verification, we may refund the excess or duplicate amount.

Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If money is deducted from your account but the donation/order is not confirmed, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank or the payment gateway within 5–7 working days. If it is not reversed, contact us with the transaction ID and we will help you resolve it.

Product Orders — Cancellation

• You can request cancellation before the order is shipped by contacting us.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return as per the section below.
• If we cancel an order (for example, out of stock), the full amount will be refunded.

Product Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The product is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
• You inform us with order number and clear photos/video of the product and packaging.

Paid Documents (Digital)

Documents delivered digitally are non-refundable once the download link has been issued. If you face a technical problem (payment successful but link not working), contact us and we will resend the link or resolve the issue.

Event Registrations

If a paid event is cancelled by the Trust, the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellation by the participant, refund is at the discretion of the Trust and depends on how close the request is to the event date.

• Mention your name, payment/transaction ID, date, amount and the reason.
• We will review and reply within 3–5 working days.

Refund Timeline & Mode

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. The actual credit time depends on your bank or card issuer.
